Laney, DPT
Laney O'Neill, MPT

Laney graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2002 with a Masters in Physical Therapy. She is a highly experienced orthopedic therapist, drawing from a blend of manual therapy approaches. She has taken a variety of continuing education including North American and Great Lakes Seminars, and completion of all McKenzie Institute courses for treatment of the spine. She emphasizes a functional exercise approach to allow her patients to recreate their treatments and maintain progress independently.

Laney also specializes in lymphedema, practicing in this field since 2004. She treats patients with cancer, as well as orthopedic and venous based edemas of all extremities. Prevention and education are at the core of her practice, ensuring each patient has the tools and resources to treat and maintain this lifelong condition.

In her spare time, she can be found with her husband chasing their young children around. She is an outdoor enthusiast and is typically running, hiking, golfing, skiing or camping when away from work.

Staci Warren, DPT
Jessica Tolmie, DPT

Jessica graduated from Saint Louis University in 2010 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy; she completed her orthopedic residency program in 2014. Jessica joined Wellspring in May of 2014.

Jessica's special interests include hand injuries, sport injuries, labral repairs, and ACL and meniscus repairs. Jessica enjoys treating injured workers, especially with highly physical jobs such as police officers, fire fighters, and construction workers. Jessica has a broad, manual therapy based approach including muscle energy, myofascial release, and joint mobilization. Jessica has taken all 4 levels of Kinesio Taping, and is currently working on MAPS (Maitland-Australian Physiotherapy Seminars).

In her free time, Jessica enjoys ice skating, hiking, making jewelry, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Nicole Grant, DPT
Nicole Grant, DPT

Nicole received her Bachelor of Science in 2013 from Ohio Northern University, majoring in Biology and Psychology. She completed her post-graduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016.

Nicole believes in an individualized approach for every patient. She has developed a skill set focusing on analyzing movement and correcting the faulty biomechanics and musculoskeletal imbalances that lead to injury. She is a compassionate therapist who takes the time to listen to her patients, tailoring specific manual therapy techniques and activities in order to reach each patient’s specific goals. She enjoys treating a variety of musculoskeletal impairments with special interest in runners and lower extremity injuries.

During her free time, Nicole loves to run, play soccer, hike, ski, and explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her pup, Maple.

Erica Sumner, DPT
Erica Sumner, DPT

Erica graduated in 2013 from Truman State University with her Bachelor of Science, studying Exercise Science and Psychology. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017 from Missouri State University.

Erica began her clinical work in a skilled nursing facility where she grew passionate about working with older adults. She loves helping this population improve their independence and get them back to the activities they enjoy. Erica’s other clinical interests include vestibular/dizziness and helping patients manage their chronic pain. Erica believes in putting the care back in healthcare by listening carefully, creating individualized plans, and always wearing a smile. She uses a patient-centered approach and empowers her patients to become active members in the rehabilitation process.

Erica loves to explore the Pacific Northwest and take long hikes. In her free time, she loves to learn new things, listens to tons of podcasts, and reads as much as possible.

Tiffiny, DPT
Tiffiny Langanke, PTA

Tiffiny received her undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island in 2001. She returned to school in order to join the rehabilitation field graduating from Green River Community College as a licensed physical therapy assistant in 2011.

She has worked in orthopedic rehabilitation with a focus on manual therapy. Her continuing education has centered around Great Lakes Seminars and the McKenzie Institute training. She also has been trained in lymphedema treatment assisting patients in the reduction and management of this condition.

In her spare time, Tiffiny can be found pulling weeds in her garden, studying to become a Master Gardener, hiking with friends, exploring the PNW, rooting for the Mariners and Red Sox, and writing the next great American novel.
