Meet Your Friendly and Efficient Admin Team

Dawn joined the Wellspring team in 2024 with over 15 years of administrative experience in the medical field. She worked for a health insurance company for many years and discovered a passion for physical therapy in 2022 while receiving care for a rotator cuff tear. Dawn loves seeing the positive impact physical therapy has on patients. She has worked at physical therapy clinics in Issaquah and Maui, and now brings her office coordination skills and vast insurance knowledge to Wellspring Physical Therapy.

Dawn recently moved back to the Pacific Northwest after living on the beautiful Island of Maui for two years. Outside work, she loves snorkeling, camping, hiking, backpacking, knitting, and cooking.

Rebecca is the friendly voice who answers the phone when you call Wellspring Physical Therapy. She joined the Wellspring team in 2025. She graduated from California State University (CSU) East Bay with a degree in early childhood development. She built a career in childcare, supporting families with compassion and care, while always seeking unique opportunities to inspire and engage growing minds. After more than 15 years devoted to children and families, Rebecca is beginning a new career in the medical world and is excited to embrace this new chapter at Wellspring. She looks forward to bringing her organization, empathy, and welcoming presence to both patients and staff.

Rebecca comes from a large, loving family in the Bay Area of California. After graduating from CSU East Bay, she moved to Washington with her husband for a new beginning and dedicated many years to raising her two children and creating a nurturing home. Alongside motherhood, she is a small-business entrepreneur, blending her creativity with a passion for making a positive impact through meaningful projects.
